Using the service

You may use SocialCropKit for lawful personal and commercial image preparation. You remain responsible for the images you process and for having permission to use them.

Availability and accuracy

The tool is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Export dimensions are maintained carefully, but platform interfaces and requirements can change.

Intellectual property

SocialCropKit does not claim ownership of your images. Platform names identify compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your source and exported images. You must ensure you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to process and publish them. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, or other legal rights.

Permitted use

You may use the free tool for lawful personal and commercial image preparation. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to introduce harmful code, misrepresent an affiliation with SocialCropKit, or use automated activity that unreasonably disrupts availability for others.

No transfer of ownership

Using the editor does not transfer ownership of your source image to SocialCropKit. Likewise, the website interface, original written content and SocialCropKit brand remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Platform names are referenced only to describe compatible image placements.

Technical limitations

Browser memory, device performance, file complexity, format support, and platform-side recompression can affect results. Review important exports before publication and keep original source files outside the tool. Dimensions can remain exact while a destination platform changes how an image is visibly cropped.

Availability and changes

Features, presets and documentation may be corrected or updated as technology and platform requirements change. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting problems or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
