What happens after you write
Messages are reviewed for relevance to SocialCropKit. We do not ask you to email private source images, passwords, payment details, or sensitive identity documents. When demonstrating a crop issue, use a non-sensitive sample or describe the dimensions and behavior in text.
Information that helps us investigate
- The exact preset name and dimensions.
- The browser and operating system used.
- Whether the issue affects preview, individual download or ZIP export.
- The export format and quality setting.
- Steps that reproduce the behavior without sharing confidential artwork.
Clear technical context makes it easier to distinguish a browser limitation from an outdated platform dimension or an application defect.
Preset and content corrections
Social platform specifications change. If official documentation conflicts with a listed preset, send the official source link and the affected image type. Verified corrections are prioritized because accurate dimensions benefit every user.
Business and editorial enquiries
Use the same business email for relevant partnerships, citation corrections and editorial feedback. SocialCropKit does not accept paid links, fabricated reviews or requests to publish unsupported platform claims. Messages unrelated to the product may not receive a response.
